HAKKA NOODLES - THE CHINESE WAY
Before starting with the Hakka Noodles, let's get a bit into the history of Hakka Cuisine which belonged to the Hakka Han Chinese people.
The Hakka, are the Hakka Han Chinese people who particularly belonged to northern provinces of China. In series of migrations they started settling down in Southern China.
The Hakka settled in the harbour and port areas of Hong Kong, their cuisine was largely based on seafood and abundance of vegetables. Hakka cuisine is garnished lightly with sparse or little flavouring (less spices).
Keeping this in mind we have nurtured our Hakka Noodles with the same taste and flavour of the actual Hakka Noodles.
