CHILLI PANEER
Chilli Paneer, is a delicious Indo-Chinese recipe where paneer cubes coated with corn flour are fried and then tossed in a spicy mixture of sauces.The recipe is high in calories but surely triggers the taste buds of everyone. It is generally served with fried rice or noodles but the flavour is so amazing that it alone sometimes becomes a part of snacks if cooked dry or we can say with less gravy.

Ingredients First 😊
Let's Start ...
- In a bowl take 4 TBSP refined wheat flour(maida) and 4 TBSP corn flour, equal in ratio.
- Add 1/2 TSP salt, 1/4 TSP black pepper powder and mix them well.
- Roll the paneer cubes in this mixture from all sides and then dip in water.
- Again roll the paneer in the mixture so that the paneer is double coated.
- Now take a pan and add some oil to it.
- Now deep fry your coated paneer.
- Now take another pan and add 4-5 TBSP oil to it.
- Add 5-6 chopped garlic.
- Add 1 TBSP grated ginger.
- Add 3-4 chopped green chilli and saute.
- Add 2 sliced onion cubes within 10 seconds add sliced cubes of capsicum.
- Add 1/4 TBSP salt to it. Don't fry too much.
- In a bowl take 1 TBSP corn flour add some water to it and add 1/2 TBSP vinegar to it.
- Also add to the bowl 1/2 TBSP soya sauce, 1/2 TBSP green chilli sauce, 1 TBSP red chilli sauce and 1/2 TBSP tomato ketchup and mix it well.
- Add to the bowl 1/4 TSP black pepper powder.
- Now add the bowl contents to the pan.
- Add 1 bowl water to the pan, and let it boil once.
- Once the boil comes add spring onion and then fried paneer cubes to it.
- Add 1 TSP sugar to it.
Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds !!
